Nimble. Resourceful. Determined.

The One South Commercial team works relentlessly finding us new spaces to grow our business, bringing us opportunities that we otherwise do not see in the market. They also bring a no-nonsense edge to the business side of the transaction, gathering information with speed and tact allowing us to analyze purchases accurately and in real market time.

Mark is a straight shooter with decades of commercial real estate experience. We both value his advice and are grateful to have him on our team.

We have worked with many commercial agents over the years, but Ken Campbell, Tom Rosman, Ryan Rilee, Ann Schweitzer Riley and Lory Markham at One South Commercial are among the most collaborative, creative, and personable agents in the area. We have worked on many deals together, buying, selling and leasing many types of commercial properties, and they have always taken the long view, looking out for our interests in a way that feels like a true partnership. We have always been pleased with the outcome.

As an out of town investor in Richmond, I am fortunate to have OneSouth as my team on the ground. The people at One South are my source for buying and selling, they are my trusted advisors, and they have become good friends. One South is truly the best of the best at what they do.

I have worked with One South Commercial to sell several of my properties. In the past year, [they] have sold over 250 units for me. They were able to get my properties sold quickly and at a good price. I’d say the One South is a company that gets good results.

I have used One South Commercial to help select restaurant sites. My direct contact has always been available when I have questions and has always provided sound advice on the selection process of a new location. I have never been pressured to select a site that I was not properly vetted or if I had any doubts.

I’ve been working with One South Commercial for the past 10 years. The team has been extremely helpful in helping me purchase several acquisitions. One South Commercial has so many contacts in the multi-family apartment business. These contacts allow the firm to provide a broad spectrum of investment opportunities.

I can count on the One South Commercial team to give its full attention to every client on every deal. It’s not about all about high profile clients or splashy transactions, but providing the best service possible to its clients, no matter what.

I am incredibly grateful for Justin Sledd’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service and results. Justin has a great understanding of the local real estate market, providing valuable insights that help me make informed decisions. I cannot speak highly enough of Justin’s professionalism, dedication, and expertise.

The One South Commercial team has all the attributes we look for in an agent. They bring us interesting opportunities, and actively market listings and do not simply list and wait for offers. They have the ability to communicate the real value of properties to prospective purchasers and are in touch with the market, including off-market listings.
